whether it be about nothing, or everything, or anything in between, y talks.

y talks a lot. some have even said y talks too much.

y-talks is a blog for those who like to spend their time thinking about nonsense and sometimes sensical things about the world. there is no right or wrong way of interpreting what y is saying, but they hope you find something in it. meaningful or for fun.

blogging

what a cool idea. being able to share ideas and thoughts and feelings etc. etc. etc. on a platform. I was at a coffee shop when I came up with the idea of starting a blog to share part of myself. how egotistical is that? to think my ideas are worth sharing. but I am realizing that all ideas are worth sharing. that is how we learn, self-respect. even if the ideas are “bad,” they help us think about our OWN ideas. how could we reflect on certain ideas when we didn’t think about that having that kind of idea before.

as I am writing this I am also realizing that I may not use the appropriate grammar or sentence structure. even though there is technically a correct way of writing and speaking in english or any language for that matter, as long as you are communicating the something you want to communicate or influencing people, it doesn’t matter which way you go about it. this thought process is greatly influenced by giovanni girogo on daft punks “giorgio by morodor.” There is a line in which he expresses the power of letting go of ideas of “right” or “wrong” ways of making music/art. with this in mind, this blog and the way in which i communicate on here also works and functions under this idea. there is no right or wrong way to communicate my thoughts on this blog.
